Risinghikes is not directly liable for products that are broken, damaged, or lost while in the custody of the shipping carrier. If your order arrives compromised, please document the damage immediately and contact the shipping carrier directly to open an official claim. We strongly advise saving all original boxes, packing inserts, and broken items to assist the carrier with their inspection.
